CNC woodworking workshop in Latvia
Our own CNC workshop: milling, engraving and nesting of wood and sheet materials, from a single prototype to a series of parts.
What you get
Long panels, thick blanks
A 1500 × 3000 mm working field, 300 mm Z travel and positioning accuracy up to 0.1 mm for close-fitting parts.
No CAD file needed
Send a sketch, drawing or image. We vectorise it, build the 2D or 3D model and write the G-code and nesting.
One prototype or a series
From a single prototype to a series of identical parts. A first article checks the fit while changes are still cheap.

Why a contractor runs its own CNC workshop
Much of a fit-out is made, not bought: a reception counter, a curved wall panel, a studio set piece, a gaming table base. With our own router, we mill the part, check it on site and fix the file ourselves when a dimension changes.
The workshop started as support for our own projects and now takes outside orders too.
CNC milling, engraving and nesting
We cut flat parts from sheet stock, mill reliefs and 3D shapes from solid blocks, and engrave lettering, patterns and markings. Nesting lays the parts out on the sheet so the material goes further.
The full machine specification is on the CNC milling page.
Wood, MDF, plywood and other materials
We mill solid wood, MDF, plywood, chipboard, HPL, acrylic, PVC and composite panels, including aluminium composite. Typical orders are furniture parts, decorative and relief panels, architectural models, signage and 3D letters, and display stands.
The same router makes parts for our interiors, studio sets, gaming tables and desks, so we are used to parts that are seen up close and handled every day.
