What we do

Before work starts, we agree the scope, materials, sequence, and responsibilities. This gives the client a clear basis for the budget and reduces changes during construction.

How the work is organised

One team coordinates the trades and follows the work through to handover. We plan access, protect existing surfaces, keep the site orderly, and check concealed work before it is covered.

The client receives regular progress updates and a clear list of decisions that still need to be made. At completion, we inspect the finished work together and close the remaining items.
