Turnkey project delivery
One team for planning, coordination, construction, and handover.
Discuss a projectOne point of responsibility
Turnkey delivery is suitable when the client wants one team to coordinate the complete agreed scope. We review the task, define the work, prepare the sequence, coordinate specialists, and manage the project through to handover.
Turnkey does not mean an undefined package. The contract records what is included, the materials and assumptions, the responsibilities of the parties, and how changes are approved.
From planning to completion
Before construction, we clarify access, technical constraints, budget priorities, and the order of work. During delivery, the client receives progress information and decisions are recorded rather than left to informal site conversations.
At handover, we check the agreed scope, close outstanding items, and transfer the relevant documents and information for installed materials or equipment.
Suitable projects
The model works for residential renovation, commercial fit-out, public buildings, and projects that combine interior and exterior work. The exact team and programme are selected for the actual task.
